These terms cover the StellarVPN Android app, website and VPN service operated by Stellarfiles Ventures. By using the VPN service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not connect. Our privacy notice explains what data we handle.

Service and limits

The app requests a separate WireGuard configuration for each installation and selected server, with a short access lease. The server permits one active tunnel per configuration. This does not prove that a configuration belongs to one person or prevent someone from copying an active key. Keep your configuration private; do not sell, publish or share it.

Where these access options are offered, the maximum rate per WireGuard configuration in each direction is 10 Mbps for Basic, 50 Mbps for High+ and 100 Mbps for verified Plus access. These are caps, not promises of speed. Actual speeds and availability depend on the server, your network and other factors. We may maintain, change or suspend the service when needed. The VPN encrypts traffic between your device and the selected endpoint; protection beyond it depends on the destination and the apps you use. No VPN guarantees anonymity or uninterrupted access.

Optional Plus subscription and seven-day trial

Where available, Plus is an optional monthly subscription purchased through Google Play. A successfully verified Plus subscription or trial removes in-app ads and authorizes up to 100 Mbps per configuration in each direction, subject to the service limits above. The free plan remains available without a subscription. Paid benefits depend on current verification; expiry, revocation or loss of verified access can return the connection to the available free rate.

Google Play may offer an eligible account a seven-day free trial. The app and Google Play checkout show the available offer and the monthly renewal price and currency before you confirm. The trial starts only after you confirm in Google Play. After seven days, the subscription automatically renews each calendar month at the price shown at checkout unless you cancel. Eligibility and offer availability are determined by Google Play; a trial is not available to every account.

Cancel in Google Play subscriptions before the trial ends to avoid the first recurring charge, or before the next renewal to avoid the next charge. Uninstalling StellarVPN does not cancel the subscription. A canceled subscription can retain verified benefits until the confirmed access period ends. Google explains how to manage and cancel subscriptions. Refund requests follow Google Play's refund rules and applicable consumer rights.

An explicit Restore purchases action can transfer the verified subscription to one active StellarVPN installation. The previous installation receives no new paid authorizations after the transfer. Do not share purchase evidence or private keys. The acceptable-use rules apply during both a trial and a paid subscription.

Acceptable use

You must comply with applicable law and respect other people and networks. You may not use StellarVPN to:

• Launch or assist a denial-of-service attack, traffic flood, unauthorized scan, intrusion, malware delivery, spam or other abuse.
• Use BitTorrent or other torrenting through the VPN, whether the content is lawful or unlawful.
• Bypass or interfere with the one-session rule, traffic cap, torrent blocks or other security controls.
• Share, resell or distribute a personal VPN configuration, or use another person's configuration without permission.

How we respond to abuse

The exits use controls for common torrent ports, recognizable BitTorrent traffic and suspected outbound floods. These controls cannot identify every torrent session or attack. A suspected flood may disconnect and block a configuration for about 30 minutes. Alerts appear in our admin panel; configured email delivery may fail. False positives are possible. We may revoke a configuration or restrict access for repeated or serious abuse, or when required by law. To report abuse or ask us to review a block, email [email protected] with the time and your configuration name or installation ID; do not send your private configuration file.

Inactive configurations and privacy

An inactive installation's configuration and assignment are revoked and removed after 90 days without an authenticated request, handshake or heartbeat, provided it is not active. You can request a new configuration through the app. For details about connection records, abuse alerts, retention and data requests, read the privacy notice.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will post the revised terms and effective date here, and give additional notice of material changes where practical. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
